In the presented book, the author has started the life of Hazrat Muhammad Sahib from the age of twenty-five onwards, no description before that has been given, hence for the information of the readers, I would like to briefly introduce him to the life from birth till the age of twenty-five years. I consider it a sacred duty.
Hazrat Muhammad's father's name was Abdullah, who was the son of Abdul Muttalib, he belonged to the Quraysh family, which was a prominent Arab dynasty and held a prominent position among all the descendants, he was born on 12 Rabiul, Monday (11 November) happened in Mecca in 569 AD. Your father Abdullah had passed away before your birth. Therefore, you were initially brought up by your grandfather Abdul Muttalib, after his death (you were only eight years old at that time) your uncle Hazrat Abu Talib took care of you.
Your mother, Hazrat Amina, brought him up with breast milk, but as per the custom there, he was sent for some time to a nearby village, under the guidance of a woman named Halima Saadia, for his physical and intellectual development. Your mother died shortly after returning from the village.

प्रस्तुत पुस्तक में लेखक ने हज़रत मौहम्मद साहब के जीवन को पच्चीस वर्ष के बाद से आरम्भ किया है, उससे पहले का कोई वर्णन नहीं दिया गया, अत: पाठकों की जानकारी के लिए संक्षेप में जन्म से पच्चीस वर्ष तक के जीवन से परिचित कराना मैं अपना पावन कर्तव्य समझता हूँ।
हज़रत मौहम्मद के पिता का नाम अब्दुल्लाह था, जो अब्दुल मुत्तालिब के बेटे थे, आप कुरैश खानदान से ताल्लुक रखते थे, जो अरब का एक प्रमुख वंश था तथा तमाम वंशजों में अपना प्रमुख स्थान रखता था, आपका जन्म १२ रबीउल, दिन सोमवार (११ नवम्बर) सन् ५६९ ई० को मक्के में हुआ । आपके वालिद (पिता) अब्दुल्लाह आपके जन्म से पूर्व ही परलोक सिधार गये थे। अतः आपका आरम्भिक पालन पोषण आपके दादा अब्दुल मुत्तालिब द्वारा हुआ, उनके मरने के बाद (तब आपकी उम्र मात्र आठ वर्ष की थी) आपके चचा हजरत अबू तालिब ने आपकी देखभाल की।
आपकी माता हज़त अमीना ने अपना दूध पिला कर बड़ा किया परन्तु वहां के रिवाज के अनुसार कुछ समय के लिए वहां के नज़दीक के गांव में शारीरिक व बौद्धिक उन्नति के लिए एक महिला जिसका नाम हलीमा सादिया था, के सानिध्य में भेज दिया। गांव से लौटने पर थोड़े समय बाद ही आपकी माता का देहान्त हो गया।
