यही 90/10 का नियम निवेश जगत में भी लागू होता है, इसीलिए उन्होंने निवेशकों को यह सलाह दी थी, "औसत मत बने रहो।"
द वॉल स्ट्रीट जर्नल में कुछ समय पहले छपा एक लेख उनकी राय की पुष्टि करता है। इसमें बताया गया है कि अमेरिकी कंपनियों के लगभग 90 प्रतिशत शेयर केवल 10 प्रतिशत लोगों के पास हैं।
